Description
Come out and enjoy an afternoon of organized fun
Here is a sample of the afternoon
12:30-1:00 warm up games
1:00-1:30 skill (kickboxing, fitness, dance, etc)
1:30-2:00 craft
2:00-2:30 group activity ( obstacle course / parachute games/ sports activities)
2:30-3:00 wrap up circle (circle games / breathing exercises/ yoga)
Open to ages 5-11yrs diagnosed with ASD
Please bring a reusable water bottle and nut free snack.
